About Us
Texas Learning Academy is an affordable home school program which was conceived primarily due to the large
number of students who have not been successful in public education.
This includes the thousands of students each year that do not receive a
high school diploma because they have not been able to pass all sections
of the TAKS Test. This also includes students that, for whatever
reason, do not have their needs met in public school.
Our
research has indicated that a larger number of students will not have
access to a high school diploma, due to the fact they have not had
access to a private Home School program that is affordable, and meets
their individual needs.
At Texas Learning Academy, we understand
that students learn in different ways, at different rates, and have
individual needs. We also understand that students are limited in the
success they can attain if they do not have a means to graduate from
high school.
We believe that no child should be left behind,
and are working diligently to help all students attain the knowledge and skills they need to be successful, and to
graduate from high school through our home school program.
